Email Server Settings

Hargray Mail Server Settings:
Incoming POP3Server: mail.hargray.com OR webmail.hargray.com
Must use SSL (can be either ‘accept any’ or ‘strict check, most clients won’t care or give you an option)
Port: 995
username@domain.com and of course the password
Incoming IMAPServer: mail.hargray.com OR webmail.hargray.com 
Must use SSL (can be either accept any or strict check, most clients won’t care or give you an option)
Port: 993
username@domain.com and of course the password
Outgoing SMTPServer: mail.hargray.com OR webmail.hargray.com OR smtp.hargray.com
Must use SSL (can be either accept any or strict check, most clients won’t care or give you an option)
Port: 465
username@domain.com and of course the password
Time Warner Cable Mail Server Settings:
Incoming POP or POP3
Server: mail.twc.com
Port: 110
Outgoing (SMTP)
Server: mail.twc.com

Port: 587
Inbound & Outbound User Name: Enter full email address
johndoe@[division].rr.com
johndoe@roadrunner.com
johndoe@twc.com
Inbound & Outbound Password: Email Password (same as Web Mail)
SMTP Server Requires Authentication: Checked

Gmail Server Settings:

IMAP Settings :Incoming Mail Server: imap.gmail.com
Port: 993

IMAP requires SSL
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.gmail.com
Port: 587 or 465
Select Yes for the Requires SSL setting
Requires authentication settings

For Account Name or User Name, type in your complete Gmail address.
